Can I just tell you how rude the lady is that answers the phone? Apparently to busy to speak to people with a little decency- She hung up on me before I was even done Telling her to have a great day. Will get help elsewhere thank you very much. Customer service is a real thing these days. Not sure that lady understands that..

Wanted to say how great it is to work with an IBEW contractor! They were responsive and quick with an estimate. There was no change in the original date of service promised. Inspection approval on the work was quick and painless. Of course they cost more than other shops in the area, but I think I got more than what we paid for when you consider the lack of problems and headaches. I would have given them a 5 star, but the perfectionist in me prevented that!

I needed an electrician ASAP and ended up very happy I used Sims. Even though they were booked out a couple weeks they fit us into their schedule . We couldn’t wait, so we paid the overtime rate, which was very responsible and honestly disclosed up front.They are very responsive, honest and a great group of guys to have work for you.

To install J box it took them 3 days and then they are charging me for 3 days of work and over time and got charge $400 labor only. Total time of them working on it is less then 2 hours combine of 3 days. I guess that the way they made their money, I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Came out and replaced the conduit pole and weatherhead since it bent from the storm. Left cut wire, insulation, and the old pole just sitting on the side of my house. Think my property is a place to dump trash? Extremely unprofessional. Also, the support wires they attached from the pole to the roofing has already come undone. Only been a couple of days.
