Solid Iron

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was truly worthy of one. I went down there to have a front hitch receiver for my truck modified as it hung down to low for my liking. In the end, I left with a custom front hitch receiver (and my original one in the bed of my truck) for what was a VERY reasonable price. They took me in as a walk in customer and had the job done in less then 3 hours. I know this will sound scripted but as somebody who does restorations on vintage machines, I have a good eye for details and quality. Their welds were beautiful! Their service was great and they thought about things I hadn’t even considered when it came to making a new custom hitch receiver for my truck. Kudos to them! I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them.

While on a 45 day cross country journey, we needed a brake issue for our RV looked at. While the brakes were being replaced the technician noted a frame crack on our RV. Marty was out of town on Friday but made a point of showing up on a Saturday morning to weld the cracked frame. We so appreciate the professionalism for the repair and getting us back on the road again. We have been traveling almost 3 weeks since that time and everything still looks great. Thank God for Marty being available and for his professionalism on the job.

Saved the day for us!!! I called this company just after lunch today, because, in a PM check before we leave the Glacier National Park area, we discovered a shackle hangar bracket had completely failed on our 5th wheel. We needed to get out of this site tomorrow, Sunday, but couldn't move the RV safely. The owner was in CA on travel, but answered his phone and then called an expert welder, also on his day off, who said he would come straight out. Dusty worked diligently from the moment he arrived, and did an excellent job, making the needed welds to ensure we were safe for travel tomorrow. This company and Dusty were an answer to prayers. Highly recommend this company for any welding job you have!

While traveling through Montana in our motorhome we had a problem with our bike rack. We called Marty at Solid Iron LLC and he told us to bring it right over. He was able to fix our problem within a half hour. Great service, friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Marty and his company to anyone needing help with welding or fabrication.

We were traveling and needed some emergency welding on our trailer. We brought it here and he got to work on the repair immediately. Friendly, great service and repair!
