Excellent Communication. Polite. Family business. I personally have my lawn cut. I utilize Sousa Lawn Care for snow removal in winter time and salting walk ways. Also have had water heater installed, bathroom remodeled, painted rooms in house, hung ceiling fans, installed new light fixtures, installed door knobs, decorated house with Christmas lights, laid gravel in driveway, fixed leaking sink pipes, laid flooring in home, treated real wooden floors to make them shine again and cleaned out my vents for heating home. Very reasonable pricing. Sousa Lawn Care is not only lawn business but handy man for many things. Trustworthy!!!

Met with Matt for a quote on installing playground mulch in our back yard and agreed on amount and a start date. He told me it'd take 3 days. He was late all 3 days, and only worked 1/2 days each day. The first 2 days he brought a teenage girl with him, and the 3rd day he brought her, plus his wife, and a small child. The children actually performed work on my property while they were here. His communication was poor, his work ethic was terrible, punctuality was non-existent, he used store bought materials and nothing commercial grade. He didn't even show up the first day with any equipment and had to leave to go rent a sod ripper. He used a weed whacker to remove grass that he couldn't get up with the sod ripper he didn't know how to use. It was SO bad. Our yard looked terrible. We have

Matt does an excellent job on mowing my yard weekly. Always on time and professional. Highly recommend. Also fixed our furnace when it went out last winter. Done an excellent job!

Matt came out and gave me an estimate and we agreed on a price and general time frame-within 3 days. He never showed and never returned my calls. He seemed really nice and definitely had many services I would have used. But buyer beware of no calls no shows.

Hired Matt to do my yard work, caught him taking pictures inside my windows. Beware if you have children. Denying that you did this or you don’t know me, sounds about right.
