South Bay Airport Parking (105 Airport Parking)

THE WORST SHUTTLE service of them all. You will wait the longest for the shuttle, while watching all the other companies come pickup their customers many times over. Every 15-20mins as advertised is just not true! You’ll be standing watching everyone get picked up but you for over 30-60mins. Pay a few more dollars and don’t wait over 30mins for a shuttle pickup. They make multiple parking lot stops, but they don’t even clarify that when you buy the parking. They also trick you online and call it a different name with a different address, called South Garage LAX, which is located at 2222 E Imperial. Same company just different lot, but there is no way to find it on Google maps. They don’t even put clear signage on their shuttles! Look at the quality of the shuttles interior. What a mess!

Came back in LAX on March 4th. The 9PM shuttle driver is the best. Very friendly and helpful. She called in our valet ticket number ahead of time. She also helped us with our 8 luggage. Valet people are also amazing. Car was already pulled up when we got off the shuttle.

South Bay Airport Parking @2222 Imperial Hwy address location that I ( parked) 1st time using this garage. Definitely will be back to use this location. Finding location was easy, near Freeway exit. Plenty of lighting, self indoor parking was great. (Floor 5-7) Left my car for a week and I felt comfortable leaving my car here. I do believe itinerary time on parking arrival is important when you input info online, because once I got on the elevator to Lobby, and I followed the signs to Shuttle area, the driver was already waiting for me. I arrived to the Airport within 10 minutes. Make sure you take a picture of the Shuttle so on arrival at the airport you know exactly which Shuttle to go back on. (South Bay has two locations make sure you remember/note what address you parked at) Upon arri

The worst parking experience I've ever had. I needed to wait over an hour for the shuttle and they didn't have any parking spaces available when I arrived. On top of that they we're very insistent on them parking my car and me leaving the keys. I don't understand how they have such poor service. Do yourself a favor and go with another parking location.

I had a great experience with this parking lot during my recent trip during late October/early November. After just missing a shuttle upon my arrival to the garage, I only waited perhaps 10-15 minutes for another shuttle. When I got back to LAX at the end of my trip, I only had to wait 16 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up, which was a record since I typically have to wait longer (sometimes much longer) with the various shuttle services I've used throughout the years. I was very happy with the price I paid and the service I received. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
