Southern Care Lawn and Pest, Inc

Began service with Southern Care Lawn and Pest, Inc. in October of 2024. I cancelled service July 31st 2025. Service started out quite well, then during the 10 months they serviced my lawn I experienced several issues.. phone calls to office resulted in "full mailbox" messages where I was unable to contact anybody. The only number I could reach office staff through was if I indicated I wanted to pay a bill and choose that option. I had to use this method to relay continuous service issues to the correct department. I had service I was billed for... without a sign in the yard, an invoice on the door and for a time stamp when I was actually home and witnessed no one service the lawn. I paid for that service, as unsettling as it felt. Within days of this supposed service my lawn began to bro

I had Southern Lawn and Pest for many years in several homes. They have always been very professional, communicate well concerning the treatment (for our lawn care and pest control) and they provided very fast response when we have needed them in the past with pest and lawn service. Our current Technician is Lorone and he has done great a great job communicating how our lawn is being treated and giving us expert advice how to maintain it. He is shown to be a professional and should be commended for his professionalism. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been extremely pleased with the service from Southern Care Lawn and Pest. Lorone, my technician, has been incredibly professional and courteous during every visit. When I had some construction work going on that blocked off parts of the yard, he called ahead and rescheduled the visit without any hassle—something I really appreciated. After each service, he leaves detailed notes about what was done and points out areas that could use more watering or extra attention. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I’m very happy with the service and would happily recommend Southern Care to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality lawn care.

Please if you value your lawn DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They destroyed my lawn and after giving them many chances I finally fired them because Massey came out and tested my lawn all the chemicals Southern lawn said they were using the test showed false. This company will destroy your lawn and take your money and use no chemicals and fertilizers but tell you they did. Please see pictures of my lawn using southern lawn service and the difference Massey did in 2 months and Massey guaranteed their work if they could not fix it they would give me my money back. They fixed it because they used REAL chemicals and fertilizers. The first 2 are with Southern and the last one is Massey.
