State Aire

Super prompt and professional service. My technician, Levi was very knowledgeable and explained the installation process from start to finish. He represented State Aire as a true professional. BTW, his helper was also cut from the same cloth. After finishing the tough job they picked up/ cleaned everything up to my 100% satisfaction. I would highly recommend State Aire for an install or maintenance based on my truly excellent experience!

My experience with State Aire involves over a decade. We are blessed to own a second home in Hunt, Texas. Our older a/c has needed lots of attention over the years. State Aire gives me great peace of mind, always looking for a cheaper fix instead of replacing the unit. Most recently technician Eric Montgomery came out and installed remote thermostats. Not only are they attractive, it’s so nice to set the thermostat before we arrive and to know we won’t be surprised by no a/c when we arrive.

Update: Still 4 stars. They finished and left the attic access door with some damage but it wasnt a huge deal We realized they only hooked up part of the ducting but they came back out quickly and fixed it. ONLY 4 stars for now. They're still working on the project and still have to reduct the whole house but I was surprised when my wife said they hooked the new unit up to the old duct so that the house wouldn't be too hot overnight before the new duct is installed. Really good customer service so far. There was a few miscommunications but for the speed of getting the estimate, them getting one of the higher efficiency units and working to install it before the real hot weather set in its to be expected. Pedro and Jace installed a new mini-split system today. Excellent work! They had a lot of issues to deal with from the prior installation. They got through them all and the system is running like a champ. I could not be happier with them or State Aire! This is my first time working with State Aire but they are now my HVAC company.
