These days one never knows who to trust with these type of things. We had a really bad experience with elsewhere. Steiner was fair, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Our heat was working in less than 30 min. Highly recommend

I am not happy my mother in law was home by herself and was not expecting the owner to put a new furnace in until 9am the guy came in her house a little after 8am unannounced and just walked right in, she called to make a complaint and the woman that works there said there's no one higher up she can talk too because he was the owner and is very well known and they're OK to just walk in, excuse me my mother in law never in her life met that guy her husband was gone to the store and when he came back had to hear from his wife he had just walked right in. My mother in law is an elderly woman and disabled and the woman on the phone was nasty to her and excusing this guy because he's an owner, had it been someone else they'd be arrested for breaking and entering.
