Kaylub was a “straight” up professional. He did excellent work replacing my 40gal new water heater. He was friendly and made recommendations for other small things in my condo plumbing so I could update all the plumbing as I requested. Thanks Straight Flush! We had an urgent situation with our well pressure tank and were left without water. I contacted Straight Flush Plumbing and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Donna reached out first thing in the morning and was able to schedule us for same-day service. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and a joy to talk to. Caleb and Jack arrived this afternoon and quickly got everything back up and running. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the entire visit. I also appreciated their patience in answering all of my questions. Their pricing was very fair, and the service was top-notch. We’ll absolutely be using Straight Flush Plumbing again in the future—I highly recommend them!

If you’re having a bad day, once you get off the phone with Donna, you’ll forget all about it! Her customer service skills are impeccable. We have worked with the Straight Flush team on several occasions this past year. They were able to figure out a hot water heater issue that nobody else could after 5 years of smell, they do regular maintenance to keep us up and running and just did a fabulous job installing 3 new faucets at a VERY reasonable cost. Donna, Office Manager is the kindest ever! Every time we reach out they are out within 24 hours, use our passcode as we are 7 hours away, and make everything perfect!!
