Delivery driver did not deliver my order and lied about a blocked driveway. I live in an apartment building and my parking lot, drive, and roadways are all clear and free of snow or ice. I am on the ground level, my neighbor has some patio furniture next to my walkway. If this is the perceived obsticle, delivery guy should have called or simply knocked on my door so I could move a patio chair 2 inches over. Ive missed work to wait for my appliance and now I will have to miss another day due to a delivery drivers incompetence. These services are expensive and I expected better customer service.
My favorite lumber store around osage area. The people there are super helpful, decent prices and lots of choices. The only down side for this company is the location. I feel it's missed so to the bypass that went in. If you need stuff to build, remodel, lawn work etc. I would recommend going there.
Update: Went in to return an item and the Service Desk was Great! Normally LOVE Home Depot, but we went in and had to get several items in the glue/epoxy aisle. The woman associate in paint area refused to let anyone down the aisle way before they started moving something on another aisle. Then, neglected to ever come back to open the aisle back up. This happened on 2/21/2022 around 7:30 PM. Two other people needed down the same aisle and I had to go to the other end to recruit someone else to reopen the aisle after 15 minutes! Probably 8 paying customers in the entire store and waiting for stocking was utterly ridiculous! Another man associate came over and asked if we needed assistance & instead of helping all of us, he just laughed it off while we were all waiting! CUSTOMER S
Absolutely love this store and all there employees!! Matt and Patty are my absolute favorite people, so welcoming. And I love the way home depot smells ☺️☺️
