Osage Beach closed our pool yesterday and the customer service was great! I can’t say that I have had good experiences in the past, but Osage Beach you guys rock!

The Men and women at Vaughn Pools in Osage Beach are the best. We have a new pool (purchased and installed by another company) and had some concerns about a new pump making a sound I thought was not normal . I called the manufacture Pentair, and as requested they called Vaughn. Within a week I was contacted by vaughn and the pump was replaced with absolutely no questions asked. In this business and corporate environment I was absolutely impressed by the professional service provided. Thank you very much. Before purchasing elswhere,do yourself a favor and call vaughn for all pool inquiries.

Vaughn Pools of Osage Beach was great when they delivered our hot tub last week. The guys, Paul, Chris, Lee and Jason all stayed to help with install and getting it exactly where we wanted it on our deck!! Thanks fellas!! You were all awesome!!
