Strait Floors

First, my apologies for the delay with this review - I honestly thought I had already done it. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the folks at Strait Floors, from the owner Chad, to the Sequim showroom staff, the warehouse staff and Josh, who was my carpet installer. From start to finish, estimate to install, everything was perfectly and professionally done. Not only that, they are some of the friendliest people I have met since moving to Sequim in April of this year. Thanks Strait Floors team!

I needed a skinny window shade for a small window that none of the companies could find locally. I finally found it online and Austin at Strait floors said he could order it in the size needed. He was prompt to his appt to measure the window and show samples of several colors in a lovely pattern. A few weeks later, I was able to get the promo discount while the quote was still good. It was shipped to the store when expected and he installed it quickly. Not long after, he ordered an alternate pull because it was too tall to reach up when in the open position. I am so glad to finally block out early morning sun coming in to the bedroom. The shade was a name brand that they carry and has a lifetime warranty.

I represent a church here in Sequim, I am tasked by the church to handle repairs and maintenance of the church. I received a bid to remove are old entry way carpet at four entrance areas and install new carpet i received approval by are board to proceed with the bid from Strait Floors. At the time of bid I received a selection book and texted selection to office. A week later I received a message that the selection I made would cost about 10% so to get things going I decided to cover the additional cost personally. Three weeks passed after giving a 70% deposit and I continued to call for a install date. I received the date and a start time of 8-9 am we made a announcement the Church would be closed on install date at 1 pm I called no show they advised they would still be able to comple

My husband and I visited Strait Floors on 10-18-22. They had a great selection of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring that was water proof and scratch resistant. We had a very helpful employee. We appreciated Austin's assistance.

We had a flood in our down stairs and used these guys to replace the flooring. We wanted to do the work ourselves and they made it so easy! They walked us through the process and helped with the insurance. We decided to run more flooring into another room and one of the owners himself picked us up on a Sunday and took us to the shop so that we could get more flooring to finish the job! He also stopped by a couple times while we were installing to make sure we were doing everything correct! I highly recommend them for great products, tons of knowledge and above excellent customer service!
