Sullivan Oil & Propane

On the recommendation of a neighbor, I had them install a whole house humidifier and an air purification system last year. Very happy with that experience. I recently signed up for an annual service contract and the technician was just here. Very polite, very professional, very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sullivan HVAC for any service needs, system upgrades, or maintenance contracts. Very easy to reach them and schedule appointments as well.

Could not be happier with the company. Propane provider dropped me as a customer so we called Sullivan and they not only accepted me as a new customer they came 3 hours later as my tanks were almost empty 😊 the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and professional along with the delivery driver! I can’t thank you guys enough and I am very appreciative of the professionalism these people displayed Thank you from the bottom of my heart and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

They’re acquisition company in White Haven is the one I’m reviewing for. Got a meter box put on a few years back to monitor levels for my elderly mother and to get propane. Last winter levels would get into the 20s with a cold snap coming. I would keep calling and being told we’re on the list. Come into this year in the same thing happened for two weeks straight finally, I called a new company that came out the same day and filled up the tanks. What’s the point of having a meter that they can see if you still can’t get service. But they came out real quick to remove that meter once they realized somebody else is delivering

Speechless. Recent week of below-zero temperatures threw my boiler into overdrive and emptied my propane tank much quicker than expected. I called everywhere to get help in crisis, and only Mark and his team delivered. They came out for a quick inspection and within a few hours I was back up and running. Thank you! Thank you!

This is not a company that I would recommend. We were with them for five years and the last two times that we had service done, we had to call them back and it just wasn’t pleasant. We ended up having to pay more for them to come back and fix issues that their staff caused. The most recent incident , they quoted us an egregious amount and that’s when we decided to go with another company. They are over priced and they over charge and do not back up the work that they do.
