We were sent Ted McBride Jr through another contractor. The whole crew were amazing and definitely made us feel like a priority in a time of crisis. I would give higher than a 5 star review if I could.

Thank you very much Ted McBride Septic Service! I had a clog in my pipes and was told that it was the septic tank. We had to locate the tank and it was only Ted’s record keeping from when the house was purchased over 15 years ago that they were able find the tank without digging up the whole yard. Once the tank was found and emptied I still had a clog. They went the extra step and dug to the trap and cleared the clog for me. Five star review because I couldn’t give more.

Having septic issues and tank needed pumping first. No one in our immediate area could do it so searched internet. This was our lucky break. Called him at 10:19,AM and he was here by 11:30. Great guy ,excellent service reasonably priced. Will call again if needed.

I call to schedule my septic to get pumped I asked for pricing he said for a 1000 gallon tank it would be $400 but it would be less if it was smaller. He came out today verified it was than a 1000 gallon but still charged me $400 I asked for a receipt did not get one asked for the size of my tank wouldn't tell me. My husband called him to talk to him about everything and ted decided to scream and yell and swear at him. Ted then hung out on my husband.
