Had help getting the generator I wanted. It was in stock! Been all over the country and every place I've stopped said "we can order it". Except here, they had several in stock. Very happy 😊

Shawn and Jessica on the floor area helped us find the perfect paint for our home. They are both super amazing, they were patient with us. The store was closing and they did not rush us out. Thank you

Outstanding crew at this location I arrived at about 10 minutes till closing on a Sunday night I wasn’t informed until about an hour before they closed that I needed to go to Home Depot and pick up some things how to get a few boxes of tiles and then sit and kitchen counters. These guys hung in there and stayed 1520 minutes past time to go home on a Sunday which I greatly appreciate And then help me load up in the parking lot. Did not expect this and wouldn’t have gotten this from other stores and competitors these guys and girls showed absolute pride in their job for the customers and themselves.

Love the products. Hate the wait during pickup. For an item 'ready for pickup' and hour is 3 times as long as it should take. Hire some help and pay them a living wage. Not right having those who show up to work getting beaten down by angry customers. Corporate do better. Update: I rarely see changes enough to warrant an update but must say over the last month have seen much improvement in customer service. I applaud your efforts to make our store a pleasant experience with knowledge professionals to assist in our DIY needs and education.

The gentleman in appliances was very helpful.When we were asking questions about a freezer. And the lady that helped us out the checkout was extremely friendly and helpful, as we didn't realize that our tax exempt and his military were not registered.
