The Home Depot

People at self check-out don’t leave you alone to check yourself out. It’s very annoying. And they always have somethings stupid to say that doesn’t have anything to do with the task of checking out. no matter who’s tending self check… They should do it like walmart where they don’t bother unless you ask them or they need to intervene for obvious reasons. I go to self check so i don’t have to talk to people. So why is this random person in an orange apron bothering me? Im not doing anything wrong, I’m scanning my items and paying and leaving. The store is awesome, a little overpriced for the quality of stuff but still cool. But why the self check tender has to bother me when I’m doing nothing wrong ruins my experience at this store and makes me not want to come back.

The employees are notably more helpful than the last HD that I lived near. The Sequim store would get five stars from me BUT the parking lot is horrible. I have damaged flooring and drywall trying to roll their carts across the pitted pavement. Forget trying to push a regular cart, I feel bad for employees that have to bring all the carts in. The biggest problem is the lack of lines that you can see on the pavement and people not knowing where to park. The only ding my car has is from somebody in their parking lot, not that the person owned up to it.

Called for an estimate on installation of new garage doors, I was told to handle it on the website. I was offered absolutely zero help, the employee kept referring me to the website. Using Olympic Overhead Door for the installation now. Thank you for your incompetence Home Depot

Very rude staff (multiple people). I observed how they changed treatment because of my accent. They must learn from other Home Depot locations how to treat people no matter who they are or look like. I won’t recommend coming to this store if you are latino or have a different accent. Very sad and disappointing.

I was helped by a great young man named Gunner at Sequim store Helped me order toilet over phone, was so kind and helpful. I am going through radiation therapy in Sequim, and needed a toilet delivered tomorrow as the cancer has taken my mobility. Thank you so much Gunner!!!!
