I just want to give a shout out to Ryan in floors he was so helpful with helping me choose lighting and flooring. Of all the years I have been shopping at this location so many times I would search for someone to help me and they either didn’t know the answer to my question or they made me feel rushed. This man is such an asset to the Home Depo In Berlin. I ask if I could take his picture because I wanted to leave him a wonderful review for all his help today. He was knowledgeable patient and extremely kind.

We check here every September to see their Haloween items for purchasing they always set up a great. Display. They also have anything you need for the home and emergencies.

Just had a lady in returns argue with me that an order that I specifically ordered as curbside and was in bold print on my receipt wasn’t curbside and I had to wheel the item and load it myself. It was a big heavy item on a windy day. Why even bother having a curbside option?

We have been regular customers of Home Depot for years but today we received such an amazing care, and the customer service was outstanding. We will definitely keep going to that specific store, and recommend it for sure. Next Time I will come to Home Depot I will look for the same very great sales person lady that helps us, thank you very much and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to walk to Home Depot special to the garden section.

Always have the items I am looking for. I am into antique repair so I need certain sizes of hardware, and some are hard to find. But this home depot has what I need
