The Home Depot

This Home Depot is great, The employees are always helpful and are full of knowledge. I went there recently because I had a plumbing problem and spoke to the customer service who was Full of knowledge like most of their employees, he explained what needed to be done To solve my problem and asked if I wanted a service call so I signed up for it willingly. Not even 20 minutes later I got a call from a plumber named Trevor, who came to my house with predatory behavior, nothing but a snake Trevor gave me a totally different spiel than the gentleman I spoke with the store. The plumber laughed after he said how much it was going to cost and laughed through out the whole conversation. The cost was outrageous so we called different plumbers and we got the same ballpark cost the gentlemen said it

Be careful if you buy thru delivery. You only get store credit. NOT Your money back to the original method of payment. If you are unable to go to the store due to health and age, living on fixed income, and in need a heater you should not be penalized by only receiving a store credit when you hardly ever shop there. Won't purchase anything now unless I have someone go get it for me. Not nice.

Love HD above all other "hardware " stores. I'm just so comfortable there. Staff is always helpful. And thank you for the military discount! 🫡

Great place to shop for the house. Lots of good stuff for the home for your upgrades. Always something new to choose from all the time.

I was grateful and pleased with how attentive the service was during my visit yesterday to Home depot. I was looking for an item and honestly I had already given up looking but not the employee, she was a female cany recall her name. But she was so kind and extra helpful when I needed to find ceiling fan light fixture covers. Then I was helped by a gentleman named Rob at customer Service who was also so helpful and attentive to my needs. I have this thing that I dont like touching receipts. And when I told him I wasn't receiving them. He went above and beyond the call of duty. By sending me a picture of my receipts via email. I love shopping at Home Depot, and this store is my favorite!! Thanks to the helpful staff 👍
