By far the best builder on the island one could ask for. Unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. Not even close to your typical cookie cutter home. Every inch carefully planned and uniquely detailed. Just seeing it speaks for itself, but Bob went above and beyond to explain everything and even gave us a video of the interior structure. Some features include double pane windows that give perfect natural lighting, soundproofing, custom rounded moldings, radiant heated floors throughout, energy efficiency and a rooftop! Our home inspector said he never found a house in his 25 yrs where he couldn’t find anything wrong and couldn’t believe how well it was built.
