was there today-sign says call and they will leave part. didn't have phone so i knocked- guy looked right at me and said (read the sign)!! i said didn't have a phone and he through his hands up. guess they dont like customers. he needs to see part -he could have asked me. you should never treat a customer like that. its ok. lowes had what i needed. wanted to give business to them. forget it. was going to also ask about a furnace---you lose.

First of all I'd like to recommend the employees take a course in customer service. I was there to purchase material and I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience, they were rude and did not want to answer my questions. I will no longer be doing business with Torrington Torrco, Ive found another Supply house that is more than happy to have my business. What a shame this used to be a great supply house.

I would rate them 0 if I could. They used to be helpful years ago. Now it seems they don't want to help at all unless you are a contractor. A complete waste of time!
