Total Restoration recently helped us recover from some major water damage that affected nearly every level of our house, and I am so pleased with our experience! Over the summer, an old bathroom/toilet in our 3rd floor attic cracked during a heatwave - but kept refilling, which sent water flowing down from our attic floor all the way down to our basement (4 floors total) while we were away from home. Our house is well over a century old and is primarily heavy plaster - which when soaked, was pretty dangerous to be under.
