I wanted to buy a generator but I couldn't get there so they couldn't hold it for me.So they told me to sign in and order it online.And then that way, they could hold it for me., Matt the manager trying tohelp me cancel my order because they actually had one in stock. Matt had to call customer service at corporate to cancel the order.But he was on hold for at least twenty five minutes. During his phone hold there's probably twenty customers. So he literally sat on the phone four 35 minutes, while multitasking taking care of customers searching information for employees answering the other phone.All while he was on hold with the corporate office I was very impressed with his management style. how he was able to multitask and keep his cool under the conditions of people kind of in a frenz

Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist. But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase. I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift. The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home. I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info b

If you want to feel like you are imposing or putting an employee off here, just ask for propane. I have been here 3 times on cold days and every time I felt like I was a problem and should be apologizing for trying to purchase propane from your store. If your employees are too soft to be cold or too fat to walk across a parking lot maybe you should fire them. When I ask for propane and you slouch like a child and complain that it is cold or the machine is off maybe you should not sell propane. I left without propane because of the attitude. I went to Landmark and the young man was more than happy to help me. I felt like I was a customer not someone an angry adult child is upset with for making them go outside in the cold. Do better tractor supply.

Great store, everything is stocked well, and the entire staff is awesome! ..and dog friendly 👍

They've become my go to store for chicken and landscaping needs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable.
