Not only were they professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while installing our basement countertop, but they were also incredibly friendly and kind to our dog throughout the process. The guys at Trend Manu were amazing. So was the receptionist when I called pleading to get our counters done one day sooner as we were having an unexpected final walk through done from the buyer of our place the day our install was scheduled. They kindly and QUICKLY fit us in a day sooner, were super professional, fast, and even loved on our dogs! Any company that is efficient, friendly, affordable, AND dog friendly is a 10/10 in our book! We would definitely recommend them!

Kevin and Scott were friendly but unfortunately, my husband had to take apart the entire thing later that night and redo it. The faucet was squirting water like a fountain into the cabinet. They ignored the instructions that came with the faucet that my husband tried to give to them. They missed putting a gasket in and they misplaced another gasket that they did put in. My husband had to quickly take the whole thing apart before the silicone that attach the sink to the countertop hardened so that it wouldn’t come off. So he were delayed into the night to fix the whole thing.

Kevin and Scott were prompt, courteous, professional and fast! They went above and beyond. Very happy with my new countertops!

Pam was a fantastic person to work with she showed understanding to my situation and made me feel like I was a valued Customer . She went up and beyond to her ability so my countertop project got done. Lance and Scott were informative on care of the countertop and installed with care. Thanks to all that put in the effort to finally get it done.
