Our move from Henderson County to Carteret County on the coast was certainly not a good experience. Our move began with our Trinity Moving team being hours late and one day load turned into two, putting our plan behind schedule. After the load commenced it became aware that the two trucks loaded would not accommodate our year old washer / dryer set. We accepted that and they were left to convey with the house sale. When we were unloading at our destination it was discovered one truck had two large furniture pieces wrapped and left behind from a previous move. When asked about this it was explained as an “oversight” . Purchasing a new laundry set was an additional expense of $2000 once we arrived. This was completely avoidable. Trinity movers is an outstanding moving company to work with. Highly recommended!. They were prompt on the agreed upon date to pack and were able to get us completely packed in a day and a half. Our move, 1,200 miles away, was six months in the future, so our household goods were stored in their temperature / humidity controlled storage facility. The move in-date into our newly constructed house was delayed six times, and Trinity Movers was quick to accommodate the change in move in dates. The move-in was accomplished in one day. Trinity movers moved my 2 bedroom home from Arden NC to Las Vegas. The process from start to finish was easy. The two guys Aaron and Cam arrived on time the day of move, loaded quickly and efficiently, kept in contact with me throughout the 3 day drive, arrived earlier than initially expected to my new home, and unloaded quickly. Recently, I moved from Asheville to Charlotte, NC. I had a terrific experience with Trinity Movers! Kyle came out to my home to survey the contents and then sent me a quote promptly. I was happy to see the cost was lower than other quotes I had received. I had some delays in the move that came up only two weeks prior to my original moving date and Kyle had no problem accommodating my new date.
