Just had this company out to install a gas water heater through Lowe's. I contacted them over the weekend, they called me by Sunday, and were out Monday to do the replacement same day. The gentleman who did the work (I believe his name was David) was polite, arrived at exact time stated, and communicated what he was doing and why. The price was reasonable and less than anticipated. He cleaned up after himself and even cleaned up a small mess that happened due to the floor drain (a seperate problem not related to the water heater). I have hot water and my experience with Trio Plumbing was excellent.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Purchased a water heater from Lowe's which this company is contracted with to install in the area. Previously had a 40 gal manufactured in 2009 and they recommended replacing it with another 40 gal. We were consistently running out of hot water after the new install- several weeks and several service appointments later it was recommended by a second opinion that we needed a bigger size water heater for this size house, due to how they are newly manufactured. At no point during our install, conversations, or service appointments with Trio was it recommended that we had one that was too small, should size up, etc. I'll gladly pay for the new water heater but now they want labor fees associated with this cost. My experience with Trio Plumbing is commendable. I contacted Trio to install a water heater in my home after getting an outrageous quote from the company I initially hired who had been suggested by my insurance company. I spoke with Mark who was a no nonsense kind of guy (straight to the point) who accepted the job at 25% less than the previous company. I'd also like to add the previous company was very slow and I had to continuously follow-up with them for contact. They started off with a simple repair which they could not locate the part and ended up with a total replacement after a 3 week wait. Edit! I found out they installed my softener incorrectly. They put pipe dope over the valve and head unit. My head unit exploded yesterday because of this. No longer recommend. Had another plumber out yesterday that said if this is how they are going to do water softener’s they have no business doing them. Of course it’s been a year so the Lowe’s warranty is out of time. We had our water softener that the previous owners put in start leaking. We researched softeners on Lowe’s website and found one that we thought would be good. Ordered it up and then had Lowe’s install it through contracting with Trio Plumbing. Trio was awesome the entire time. Excellent Dishwasher Installation Experience I purchased a dishwasher from Costco and Trio Plumbing was assigned for the installation. After reading mixed reviews online, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I was pleasantly surprised. The technician was meticulous and professional. He completed the installation in about an hour, hauled away the old unit, tested everything for leaks (which I really appreciated), and even gave a quick overview of the machine along with maintenance tips for the filter.
