I had 7 basement windows, side entrance garage door and window replaced. The guys did an amazing job! They look beautiful. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up any mess they made. I’m very happy with the work. The Tristate crew is very easy to work with.

My mom used this company a few years ago for a home remodel. I am now selling my mom's house, and no permits were ever pulled, and there are a number of things done wrong.

I had a bathroom completely redone. It was stripped sown to the studs and all fixtures were replaced. Many of the people I dealt with from the company did stupid things and did not listen. Mike, the man who quoted the job, was in my view incompetent. He was going to give me a vanity sink. The original model was not available (height of the supply chain problems) so someone came out to have me choose an alternative. She immediately saw and pointed out that there would be no room to sit on the toilet with a vanity. I had a large cabinet and she said they would replace it. I said this is a small bathroom and we should use a smaller one. We agreed to go from 48" to 36". But the new cabinet was much deeper and thus didn't give more room or make the bathroom look bigger. Mike and Tri State were incredible from start to finish. They did our siding and in this time when it is so challenging just to get products. Mike kept us informed on every front. He is also your point of contact all the way through the job, always available to answer your question, no matter the time and is always a professional problem solver. He even takes care of the permits with your town! Over the past two years we had Tri-State do a few jobs for us. The first job, that started it all, was to redo our full bath.
