I hired True green Lawn care . ...and four treatments later my lawn looked worse than what it started. I asked for help in making it better and they killed whatever small amount I had left.

TruGreen has one of the best technicians on staff. Ulysses is knowledgeable, Professional, friendly, respectful & has great communication when approached with any concerns or questions. He does an amazing job with keeping my lawn healthy! Definitely Would recommend him to all family and friends!

I have had 5 treatments so far, 2 left. I am waiting for results, not seen anything yet except mushrooms when I have never had them before, brown lawn that was not brown before they started and really nothing positive in my lawn yet, still even have weeds. I have called the service number a couple of times thruought my treatment and even though there is a local branch which are obviously the ones who come and do my treatments, there is no local connection to call and speak to anyone directly there, you end up speaking to someone on their main company line, my last phone call 3 days ago has not even yielded a phone call back. I am almost sick to my stomach that I decided to try this.

Ordered weed control was quoted one price then was given services not in quote. Was then charged twice and had to call to get money back. Was scheduled for every 6 weeks and they came back in 3.5 weeks, which i got charged f or. Was actively mowing my lawn when they came and they started treatment knowing I couldn't finish because the treated area shouldn't be cut for more then a day. Would not recommend. Update: service i didn't order were added and I was double charged again. Had to call to get my money refunded again. I can say customer service agents are nice and helpful.

Money worth spent. We waited on getting service bc of the size of the property so it was pricey for us but it was well worth it. Our lawn looks great.
