Tudor Floors & More Carpet One

Tudor Floors installed our floors in our new construction build. Jan and her team were so helpful throughout the process and responsive when needed. There were a few issues with the installer, but here is where Jan really shines. She stepped up and owned the entire process to correct all issues. She stands behind her product and results. I would not hesitate to work with Jan and Tudor Floors again.

Overall I had an extremely disappointing experience with Tudor. I will say they had a nice selection of flooring to choose from, but after choosing and paying for the flooring the experience was terrible. I was cancelled and rescheduled on multiple times, they did not follow directions of how I wanted my flooring laid, lost the key to my house which they had to replace all my locks for, scraped up an area of my brand new painted walls, and did a crap job on multiple areas of my trim/back board. I complained so much about the trim they sent someone out to "fix" it and when he showed up I was told it was "standard practice" to have the trim in as bad of shape as it was. Below are just a couple pics of the trim so you can get an idea...you be the judge if you think it is "standard practice."

We want people to know if you are looking for great products and amazing service you won’t need to look any further than Tudor Floors and More! A few months ago we remodeled our bathroom in our primary bedroom. Picking out the countertops, tile, flooring, and cabinetry was a wonderful experience due to the abundance of products from which to choose. We also appreciated the expert advice from the knowledgeable staff at Tudors! Now that our bathroom is completed we couldn’t be happier. Everything exceeded our expectations. My truck broke down on US-30 and I stopped by this flooring & carpet shop. The lady there was so kind—she let me use the washroom and even asked if I needed water or food. I truly appreciate her generosity and helpfulness.
