If your only form of payment on hand is american express dont park here! I wasted nearly an hour trying to pay $2.00 for parking and leave the garage all because they wouldn't accept american express and this garage doesn't have a tap and pay option. And as the garage is managed by an out of state company they dont have anyone local to help. They were not at all helpful in resolving the situation!
The machine was not working correctly and wouldn't even acknowledge my credit card. Had to scrounge up change to make the 2 dollars.
Not my favorite parking garage, seems claustrophobic and not that well lit. I'd opt for street parking almost every chance I get even if I had to walk a bit I don't even think much about parking in this garage.
