Look at all the toxic mold on the HVAC unit near the auto center.. I really hope they remediate this properly as this causes headaches, fatigue, mental health symptoms, skin issues, etc. Many molds are toxic especially if this is black mold. Took me finding an FDN-P to properly help with this sort of thing, I would look into Brendan Vermeire’s podcast or Dr. Lauren Tessier.

My daughter went in for an oil change. Was very difficult to get anywhere else because of Martin Luther King Holiday. These guys got her in promptly. What stood out apart from the excellent service was how they guided her how frequently she needed to change the oil depending on the VVT engine. They even showed her the color of the engine oil on a paper and how dark it was and how it would affect the life of the engine if she did not take care of it. Then, they noticed one of her indicators wasnt working well and promptly replaced it along with the oil change. Finally, told her that her coolant level was low and instead of just suggesting something asked her to look at the owner manual and get the brand that really works for her jeep. This place definitely made her a better owner. Three

These clowns can never put together a pickup order in time. Every order placed in the last few months had to be picked up a day late because they would always get delayed for hours without any update. What was once considered "the good Walmart" is now just as janky as the rest of them.

Very helpful employee! When I was going to put my purchases in my car, I accidentally locked my purse in my car and locked all of my doors. It was a very cold night outside and the store was closing, one of the employees was nice and kind enough to call the Chesterfield police for me. He let me wait inside the store until the police arrived. He came out to my car with me to meet the police and waited until the very helpful policeman managed to unlock one of my car doors. He then loaded up my car for me, I am sorry I did not get his name, he was a short, young black guy . I am so sorry didnt have any cash on me to give him a tip for his kindness and helpfulness!

This place is a prime example of the bad effects of a monopoly. After getting rid of all the Mom and Pop shops that had good customer service, Walmart has failed to work on their customer support and their pricing. They are not cheap and the workers there don’t care. There should be laws made to limit the size of retail shops, so places like Walmart can’t hoard all of the business and kick out the good business that care about the community and the satisfaction of the customers. I went to buy some earphones because this is one of the only places I can shop at. I effectively ended up waiting 20 minuets as 10 employees walked past me and didn’t want to help. I needed to connect to WiFi to make a payment but their WiFi didn’t work so I walked out wasting my time. They have good selection, but
