Walmart Supercenter

I had an order delivered to my house this morning, using Walmart+. My entire order reeked of cigarettes. I could not have it in my house. I contacted Walmart immediately and have been given nothing but a runaround about the store handling it, customer service handling it and no one seems to be able to assist me. I’ve been told I need to return everything to the store. If it didn’t smell so strongly of cigarettes that would’ve been an option. Considering the cigarette smell, there’s no way I can put this in my vehicle. I have been told a refund will not be issued until they receive it. I was told that they could send one of their third-party drivers out to pick it up to leave it on my porch, which is where it’s been since I smelled the cigarettes. The order has been on my porch for over 12

0 stars if possible. Bought a phone that didn't work and when tried to return the girl at the returns counter with nose ring and smelled of marijuana was super disrespectful and basically on her behalf said it was standard policy of Walmart to scam / rip their customers off! Go to Amazon and have real buyer protection instead. Every other experience with Walmart in physical store and online in the past has been pleasant though to be honest with the exception of this returns employee who was terrible.

This location is a standard Walmart Supercenter. They layout is typical of any location. They do have a bank and vision center in the front. There is plenty of parking and dedicated handicapped spots. They have a large garden center, in fall ot turns into Christmas decorations. They do have regular checkout lanes but are limited. They have more self checkouts, single and a few for larger orders. They do not have anywhere in the store a scanner to check prices. It is very annoying to get to the checkout and find it isn't the same item as its location.

Celebrating my mother’s 90th bday on 11/12/25. I called into the bakery the day before and ordered a “90” cupcake cake. Krista was incredibly helpful and kind- the cupcakes were absolutely beautiful and delicious! At the same time I had also requested helium balloons with the numbers “9” and “0”. I spoke to Coach Judge about getting these when I picked up the cake, and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She even offered to help me carry everything to my car! I was a bit frazzled trying to coordinate all the details to make my moms 90th bday perfect, but every Walmart associate I interacted with - both during the planning and on pickup day - was so kind and reassuring. Customer service 1/17 around 545pm. Great help and solution in a problem. Resolve an issue that FedEx refused to help with. Didn’t get enough labels apparently for FedEx to return my products to walmart.com. However, the ladies at the service counter were able to assist me, troubleshoot and then provide me with a telephone number. And then once calling walmart.com had a solution in five minutes. So great customer service goes along way. If Walmart ever reads this get a FedEx location there’s no FedEx on this side of Central Ohio. Be like the Lewis center location and have a FedEx copy print ship location put upfront. It would solve a lot of problems.
