Buyer Beware! Webster’s Tree Service aka Webster’s Tree and excavation service and now most recent name change Smoky Mountain Tree and excavation. If their was a negative star I would choose it. This person is great at making a deal and not keeping his end of the deal. Lots of promises and even more excuses of why he can't work. Always an excuse, no helper, weather, chain broke on chainsaw, fuel, etc. I paid him more than half of the money and got very little work completed. He brought in rented equipment from 2 different rental companies one of which was out of state and both companies showed up to repo their equipment from our property and had to track it down by gps. Each day led into more excuses and very little work getting completed. To the point that after a week of his poor wor
