Jeff (My husband) and I want to thank Jeff (Owner), Brett, and Nick (Technicians) for replacing our old furnace with our new furnace. In a timely manner in the coldest (Record cold) temperatures -15° to -25° in years. All of you did an AWESOME JOB!!! We both THANK YOU for answering all our questions and concerns!!! We will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU to EVERYONE!!! Jeff puts his customers 1st and put us on his emergency list immediately. Jeff and Nick got down to the root of the problem. My husband and I decided to get a new furnace instead of putting the money into the old one. Brett and Nick came out and installed our new furnace. They were very polite and courteous!!! Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year, and they were able to fit me in and replace my furnace. They are very personable, and quick and getting us heat back. Really appreciate how easy they made they are no hassle, no nonsense, just great service. I’d recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

I wish I could give them a thousand stars! I was so lost dealing with broken pipes and boiler and had a much bigger mess on my hands than they or I expected. They could of said that part is "not our problem" and walked away. Instead they moved their schedule around, pushed their sleeves up, and got it done. I would of been without heat or water for who knows how long. This could of been total devastation for us if we had to wait for the insurance process.
