Had been calling around looking for a plumber for 2 days with no luck. Called these guys and 2 hours later had my water running again. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

Imagine the frustration of having three electricians spend six hours at your house only to be charged for eight. The manager's explanation? They start charging when their employees leave their office and stop when they return. It took one employee over an hour to get to my home from their office, which is just 15 minutes away. They installed a ceiling fan during their visit and spent the rest of the day 'troubleshooting.' They left at 4:15, but I was billed until 5:00. They didn't return as promised, forcing me to hire another company after waiting two days. Drewry Electric & Plumbing charged me a whopping $1005.75 for their inefficient service. The company charged me for work they abandoned. They left my home in an absolute mess. When I explained the damage, the "master plumber," Mike, attempted to intimidate my family once he realized his company was responsible. After making comments, he grabbed personal items and began touching them without approval. He then tried to walk through my home without permission. He also didn't fix any of the damage, leaving leaky L valves. I found the "master plumber" to be indignant about accepting responsibility for his actions. The company charged me for work they didn't fully complete. They attempted some work, then quit, spending most of the time talking and leaving more damage than completed work. Do not use this company.

I had a water supply leak underground. I noticed it at about 8am. I called Drewery and they were at house in about 20 minutes. It was a Friday before Memorial day weekend. A couple young men came out and had leak fixed in about 3 hrs. Excellent service.

Excellent experience working with this plumber. They worked us into their busy schedule since we could not run water in our sinks. Our older home did not have a clean out trap so a new one was installed and our problem was fixed. Thank you for getting our water running again.
