At first he was a great person and I was real happy that I ran across him. I had a house fire 2 years before and I was trying to get back into my house before this coming winter. I gave him the amount he required to unhook my fuse box and run two wires to 2 simple GFI plugins that were right next to fuse box in basement. He said to let him know when the contractor was done doing the wall construction and he would come back and finish replacing the plugins and any needed wiring after that. I called him and texted him 2 weeks prior to the job being completed so he had plenty of time to schedule me in to finish the job. I didn't hear from him for a few days. Then when I did, he explained that he had left the valley due to circumstances beyond his control with family issues. So here I am st
