Been working with Chris Wilson and the entire WBAC Team for several years now based on a recommendation from a friend. I originally contacted WBAC to fix my AC. Guy came out and told me the problem. Then everything went down hill. After 2 days of nothing, I called to try and get a quote and couldn't get ahold of anyway. 2 days later they finally called back with a quote. I told them to go ahead with it and then had to wait another 3 weeks before someone called to schedule the repair. In that time I got another company to come out and quote the same repair for about $500 less. WBAC doesn't really care about the customer because they should of realized the part was under warranty and could have quoted me less. I would not recommend them.
