I was very impressed with the attention and service thst I received from Bob on the telephone when I inquired about replacing a thumb latch on my Anderson sliding door. Within minutes of my emailing him phots of the part I needed he helped me place order and it was ready for pickup at the store on the day promised. Kind, competent service like that is difficult to find these days.

I’ve sourced windows from a few different suppliers over the years but this was the first time I’ve purchased from Windowrama and we had a great experience because of Mike Sozzo. He was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, went above and beyond his scope of work, and was a genuinely good guy all around. We are thankful for everything Mike did for us and plan on using him and Windowrama again in the future.
