It is a pleasure to work with Sammy and I will continue to do so. He has been able to take several jobs from me at once and get his team working on each in parallel. He repaired stucco on two of my properties and did a great job matching textures and colors. I hired his team to demolish a damaged stand up shower and rebuild it from scratch. He listened to my inputs and requests, made sound recommendations given our situation, and performed the work as negotiated. Sam is a fencing expert. His custom wood fence designs are clean, environmentally conscious, and beautiful. The photos speak for themselves but Sam's fences are completely different than anything I have seen. The fence ends up looking better than the house!
