Completely inadequate. Both elevators are broken, making it dangerous for the handicapped or anyone with a stroller. This piece of infrastructure is woefully behind the times with major backups occurring trying to get out.

Had an awful time getting out of the parking garage. Our ticket was “faulty” and the attendant was absent. Some other cars had the same issue with leaving. Tried the customer service button and while I was connected with agents, none of them could hear me. If I hadn’t had the foresight to pop into the Hilton to ask for help, I would’ve been stuck in the garage. I reported the issue to the appropriate party and they were very kind about it/trouble shooting.

ChargePoint and Tesla chargers don’t work. Troubleshooting likely leads to overstaying grace period.

2 of 4 chargers work. 1 tesla destination charger works. 1 charge point works.

Had everything you would need in a garage. Perfect location for walking around the Commons and downtown Ithaca. Parking was free staying at the Hilton Garden Inn.
