Ace hardware

This is my local Ace Hardware.G I would love to come here more often. The staff are nice, though not always knowledgable. However, my main problem is that the majority of the time I come, they don't have what I need. Case in point: today I came to buy Green Gobbler drain cleaning and deodorizing sticks. The website said they had them. The gentleman that helped me was very nice, and asked what I needed, then took me to the aisle where their drain cleaning products were. They had other Green Gobbler products, but not the sticks. Another wasted trip.

I just want to say that the customer service at this location is fantastic! Joli Foster personally delivered my new Big Green Egg to my house. Wow! We even were able to use it that night! This was my first time shopping in this store and it will be a regular stop for me now. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. And my new grill was delivered on the same day I bought it - a few hours later and she wouldn't even accept a tip. Amazing!! Thank you so much!!

The bald guy working in the paint section today 3/17 around 10am was phenomenal. I didn't catch his name but he was such a cool happy and genuine guy. It was an absolute pleasure being around him. He put me in a good mood and helped me find multiple things and get keys made. Very nice guy

Customer service at this Ace is nowhere near the same as other Ace stores. Been there three times in the last couple weeks - not once greeted on entering. Had to hunt down an employee each time for assistance at the paint counter. On my last visit, the very nice man who finally showed up to the paint counter did not have even the basic knowledge to mix Benjamin Moore. He didn’t quite grasp the distinction between the different lines that Ben Moore offers. He never could identify the correct base for the color I wanted in the line that I wanted. While my wife waited, browsing in the front of the store, the employee on checkout duty asked if she needed help to which she replied, “No.” The employee then asked if she was waiting on a drug deal.
