John was excellent. He came to diagnose an issue with my a/c mini split and fixed it the following day. He was very thorough and a real pro! Would 100% use him again and recommend him

John has done a few projects for me during the past few years including trouble shooting / repairing my boilers, HVAC units, installing smart thermostats, etc. John is a very good professional. He is very responsive, really cares about the finished product and follows up after the job is done to make sure everything went well. Picks up the phone right away most of the time or calls back very shortly. Highly recommend him to others.

Had a great great experience with the service provided by Advance Air Conditioning. They were quick to solve my air conditioning problem.... came the day I called and new unit was installed the next day. My family had a wonderful experience working with John. He helped my mom who is elderly replace an AC unit that had problems from the start and was less than 2 years old. My mom needed the AC due to health problems. John understood the urgency and quickly came to assess the problem. He quickly emailed Friedrich and made follow-up calls to them. In the end my mother had a new replacement unit delivered and installed within days! We are super appreciative of John's help in this matter. John was amazingly responsive and knowledgeable. He came by our apartment and quickly assessed the problem with our through-the-wall AC unit. He explained what he was doing as he performed his checks. He also had a great attitude and sense of humor. The unit needed a part which he was able to get in a few days and he was flexible on scheduling time to return to install the part. He was also transparent about the pricing. Thanks to John, our unit is working again and it was done a lot faster than we expected.
