All Green Lawn Care

I have used All Green for a number of years since Greg Vaughan sold out to new owners but their service is horrible. My irrigation pump had a leak and I have trying for weeks to get service. Putting it mildly they did not offer a date or a time to be able to do the repair to get my system operational. After numerous phone calls I was supposed to be called back yesterday. Still no communication. I called this morning and was turned over to Jerome the General Manager who offer nothing to tell me other than we can’t give you a date and time for the service. After several minutes he hung up on me. If you want a company who can’t offer timely service or repairs and treats their customers badly this is your place. I will not recommend this company or its management.

I am reaching out through google so I can get help. I have been with Vaughn Irrigation for years and they open and close my irrigation system. I called to set up the start up months ago and was assured it would be taken care of. Well, here it is June 16th and my irrigation has not been turned on. I am not at my lake house on a regular basis and my grass is dying because I suppose someone forgot to schedule the opening of my irrigation. I will change my rating when I get certainly they will start my irrigation due to their scheduling glitch. Adding to my review. Actually it was very early when they wanted to start up the irrigation and we had a hard freeze. I did not want the irrigation to be started because of a HARD Freeze. After 10 plus years with Vaughn irrigation was bought out by all green this is June 4th still no sprinkler hook up After calling three weeks ago I guess if your not in the villages or Porta Cima they don't have time for you. My suggestion move on.

Rodney is very good at his job. He has serviced our yard for years. Great company!

I need every 2 week mowing and they will only do weekly. Their plan was mowing less amount of yard for more money than I'm paying now for full yard. Nice enough people but expensive.
