Rob is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I took my Hoover in that was still under warranty. It took a while because they have to send it off, but he was a joy to deal with, and in the end I ended up with a new vacuum. He handled all the warranty issues so it wasn't a headache at all. Highly recommend!
This is a family owned business that has a deep caring for its customers. They are fair and trustworthy. No matter if you need a new vacuum, or need a repair or replacement bags, they always take care of you. I have been working with them personally for over 20 years. Would definitely recommend.
