Reviews can be hard and I just want to say, I appreciate Antero Septic and Ashley for their understanding and hard work. Mistakes happen and my septic got pumped accidently, let me add it definately needed it. My neighbor apologize for adding some confusion with addresses and I got a letter from Ashley saying they mistakingly pumped our septic. They didn't ask for a payment. I called to try to pay something being it felt like the right thing to do and I was still told not to worry about it. Great customer service and I'll be using them and recommend Antero Septic to others.

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience for others in similar situations. After my father passed away, I took over the family property and began the process of maintaining everything, including the septic service. I reached out to Antero Septic to re-establish service and was told they had made multiple trips to the property in 2024 when my father was still alive, only to find inaccessible lids and, on the third visit, that another company had already pumped the tank. Because of these interactions, the owner made a note to refuse future service to the property. I explained I was now the new owner and respectfully asked to start fresh—with a clean slate. I just had my septic tank pumped for the 1st time since we moved into our new house 5 years ago. I am VERY happy with the service I got. Bruce is very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with lots of suggestions on how best to maintain our septic system. And they had the best price of anyone in our area. That's an excellent combination!

Awful. Don't do any work with this company. They don't finish their work and they stop responding. I purchased a home last year and at the inspection, multiple pipes were leaking and the hot/cold faucets were switched. So asked to have the fixed before closing. The work was claimed to have been done and I saw the invoice, but the pipes were still leaking in other areas and some hot/cold pipes were still switched. After closing, I got the contact information for Erik Colard at Antero who did the work to try to have this resolved. He responded and asked for photos, and then I never heard from him again after multiple follow up emails. Now I'm stuck with his shotty work and looking for another plumber.

We rented a port-a-john from Antero for the past 10 months at a construction site. It was supposed to be pumped out and lightly cleaned every 2 weeks and supplied with hand sanitizer, a deodorizer and toilet paper. After the first month or so, the unit never got rinsed out and the hand sanitizer and deodorizer were not replenished. Since November, the unit was not pumped due to the cold. I asked the company to provide us a discounted rate, but received none despite the lack of appropriate maintenance. In addition, we asked that our onsite RV, which served as living quarters during construction, be pumped once a month (a $30 charge) after pumping out the port-a-john, However, the company repeatedly charged us for two RV clean outs each month ($60/month) despite me calling the office severa
