Shawn is the best! I called on a Sunday when our well failed and he was on property in Fairplay confirming the problem problem on Monday morning. Our well pump replaced on Tuesday morning. Our well head is in a very difficult location on or property and Shawn even arranged a boom truck to pull the well pump and replace it. Absolutely top notch!!!!! ASAP is an understatement!!!
I left an email message over a weekend and Shawn called me on his cell phone on Tuesday when he was in the area. After assessing the problem, he got right on fixing it and I had good water within the hour. He was very busy otherwise but made time for a semi-emergency and was very pleasant and efficient. Highly recommend.
