Very grateful to have such a wonderful supply store. Very helpful had in stock just what we needed after a failed trip to home depot. Wish I would have thought of them sooner could have saved a trip and a few sleepless nights.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience. I bought radiant infloor heat from this outfit based solely on their EXCELLENT customer service which has continued well beyond the sale. I am in Arkansas so across these 1600 miles I have been very, very pleased. Scott in particular has provided great tech support. Just the other day I spent over an hour on the phone with him while he patiently explained the system. I did a lot of research on radiant floor heat and chose them because on their approach to my questions and helpfulness. Top notch. Would do business with them again!

We are first time in radiant floor heating users and the change from forced air heating was intimidating in the beginning but Hi Valley was available and helpful even beyond the installation. I’ve had more than one horrible experience with these clowns! I told myself I would never go back but ran into an emergency so I did and it was a big mistake! I was trying to get the correct size ball valve and ended up with the wrong one due to no help and their employees lack of knowledge! Turns out the size is printed on the valve 🤦‍♂️ upon my return they wanted to charge a 25% restock fee for something I had merely looked at and had in my possession for about 20 minutes. They refunded my money and I left only to realize he gave me back too much money so the next day I went back to give it to them and was threatened and told to leave! Stay away at all costs and take your business elsewhere!!
