GPS Excavating Portables and Septic were professional, honest, and immediately responded to my call to arrange an appointment to pump my septic. They answered from the road so we agreed to discuss details when they were not on the road. Although it was after 5 pm- normal business hours- I received a detailed text and proceeded with several questions. There were 3 -4 back and forth Q&A's and the ability for them to pump my tank the very next day. Nicolai did additional work to dig out with a hand tool additional roots.
