Bill has done several projects at our luxury rental property, including installing an AC unit through the wall, repairing a shower, and some miscellaneous repairs. He's a skilled and knowledgable professional who can tackle just about any large or small job. If Bill does something it will be done correctly, thoroughly, and according to code. He takes care with details and cleans up after himself. He's honest, reliable, communicative, and a delightful person who is easy to work with. We are happy to have found Bill and can't recommend him highly enough.

New Moon Properties did a great job replacing the bottom of our exterior T1-11 siding that was rotting, with beautiful metal. They paid attention to detail and installation is perfect. Great communication on the progress of the job. I highly recommend this company!

Bill is a very skilled and knowledgeable craftsman. He recently completed a large projects for us, stripping off our old siding, making necessary repairs, installing metal siding on our garage, and coordinating with stucco and window contractors. Along the way, he identified a number of other issues and addressed them as well. He put as much effort and care into our house as he would on his own. We are extremely happy with the results and we will be using him again for future projects. I recommend him highly.

Jill & I contacted Bill about helping us with patching a small damaged Stucco area. Bill was incredibly responsive in his communication fitting us in on his day off. While difficult to match the color exactly, the repair was professionally done and hard to see the difference unless you know it is there. We highly recommend New Moon Properties!

Bill did a great job installing a large, heavy mirror in my living room. His communication was great. He arrived on time with the necessary tools and even bought brackets that he would need before hand. Very reasonable price and easy scheduling. Highly recommend!!
