i telephoned for service after the flood (jul 2017), after a week of no call back, i gave up, but he did call ... said he would call today 8/29 about 8 am to let me know when he could come by...almost 10am. do people really want to work--how long does a phone call take? Don't know what kind of service he gives, but...if you don't come or return calls, i think that speaks volumes.
Denny is the best! He went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a jam, I appreciate his assistance so much! Thank you Denny!
