A nightmare! The salesperson said that they could take care of stink bugs and ants yet now three months later I have more bugs in my home than I ever have in seven years. I tried to cancel the service and they want to charge me $199 to cancel. Do not recommend. They lied to get my business and won’t let me out of the contract without a hefty fee - which does not even cover additional months of service! A scam. Stay away, don’t make the same mistake I did.

We absolutely love the service being provided. Especially the technician (Herb) that comes to our house each time. He is absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Salesperson came and introduced himself, explaining that my nextdoor neighbor had just purchased their services. He went on to thoroughly explain all the bugs that Aptive could treat my yard and home for. The big issues this summer are beetles, ants and earwigs. The big seller for me is that it wasn't harmful around my dogs. He explained all the different ways they approach control of different pests. I didn't catch the young man's name that applied the actual treatments but both young men were polite, knowledgeable and answered any question I had.

Very thorough! Great service today. I called the day before to add one more service and they were able to keep my appointment! And as I woke up today, nothing but dead stink bugs outside! My heart is full!
