Horrible customer service from the clerk, I’m an active military Veteran who called two days straight about my system continuing to run without the controller being on. Woman was rude when asked if I can receive a number to call on the weekend to try and fix some new issues. It’s been since Wednesday last I have heard about who purged my system and why my backflow valve has a crack and leaking water when the main valve was turned on this season. I would have thought my sacrifices would get some sort of support when it’s needed to keep my lawn cared for. I will not be returning or continuing my service.

Aqua-Jet Irrigation installed my lawn sprinkler system in 2005. They did a fantastic job. Last Summer when it didn't rain much my lawn looked like a golf course! The owner Chris explained how to use the controls and even installed a rain sensor to help keep the water bill down. Every year they contact me to schedule the closing, are courteous, on time and very reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

I would not recommend this company if they were giving systems away for free. The professionalism and work done was the worst I've ever seen. And once the sale was made, the owner wouldn't return my calls. He was the most irresponsible of the bunch. They made a mess of my lawn, didn't clean up after themselves, and I found them drinking on the job. The system never worked right, and when the owner finally decided to show up (after a month of voice mails and complaints) he refused to do anything about it. I ended up eating the cost, and having another company come out to fix the crap job Aqua did. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

I used Aquajet recently for the installation of an irrigation system to my property in Essex. Chris, the owner personally supervised the installation and provided best in class service. Chris and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive. As a follow up, he performed and onsite service call to ensure everything was running properly and identified that I had sediment accumulation in the backflow filter from my well which had no filter. Chris pointing this out identified a quick fix that no doubt extended the life of my system and saved me a ton of unnecessary maintenance. I would highly recommend his services!

My wife and I are very happy with the installation and system installed. We were advised properly by the owner on the correct system to install for our yard which has always had issues. They did a great job and we have been extremely satisfied with the servicing of our system. I have other things to worry about so it's great knowing this is one less thing I have to worry about or contend with anymore. Yard irrigation system box checked off and no more issues. Thank you!!
